Lucy & Emma is a U.S.-based online jewelry retailer operating exclusively online. We work with trusted international fulfillment partners to bring our jewelry directly to customers and do not currently operate a physical retail store.

Processing And Delivery Time

Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it. This usually takes 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

After processing, your order will be shipped through our trusted delivery partners. Transit times may vary depending on your location.

The total estimated delivery time is typically 8–12 business days.

Please note that during busy periods, holidays, severe weather, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside our control, delivery times may occasionally be longer than expected.

Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed.

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible at contact@lucy-emma.com, including your order number in your message.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. However, you may still be eligible to return your item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Method And Tracking

Our products may be shipped from international fulfillment centers through trusted logistics partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package throughout its journey.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

There are no undisclosed shipping charges added after your order has been placed.
